I downloaded this ebook to my Nook library when it was free from Barnes and Noble in 2012.
It is a YA read and an origin story for a young woman who has completed her education and must start working at an assigned job. The author does a good job of world building this dystopian future and creating interesting characters.
There is one more book in this series.
