This ebook was free from Barnes and Noble when I downloaded it to my Nook library in 2012.
The pacing is uneven in this story of multiple police departments dealing with illegal immigrants and protecting its citizens.  I was uncomfortable with the descriptions of violent acts and the vigilante justice.
