This ebook was free from Barnes and Noble when I downloaded it to my Nook library.
Some memoirs keep you reading because the subject is enjoyable, and some keep you reading the reader still has hope the writer can survive her circumstances. Some places in the book are difficult to read because you want the adults to make different decisions that affect children, you want people to avoid drug use, and you want physical abuse to stop.
