This kindle book was free from a link in 10 Minute Digital Decluttering . Reading this book during the planning stages for New Year's resolutions seemed appropriate.
I like the 25 steps because I can see where I had been missing some pieces while I previously tried to break some habits. I had not previously recorded Habit triggers (#10) and I often too quickly gave up for the "What-The-Hell effect (#21). Two topics were new to me: Hot-Cold Empathy Gap and Ego Depletion, and they explained some past failings.
I recommend this book to all readers.
