I heard about Dr. Chatterjee's book when I listened to his Masterclass on the Calm.com app for meditation. He talked about the 4 pillars of health: relaxation, food, movement, and sleep. His discussion sounded familiar to the AIM company's priorities of what is needed for cell health, and I found it familiar and encouraging to do what I know works since I sold their products for more than 10 years. The emphasis on relaxation and sleep is the area which needs a better balance for me as my health continues to improve.
I recommend this for all readers, and I recommend you try just one new suggestion at a time to make them a daily habit.
