I finally finished the last of the Barnes and Noble Classics in my library since I bought my first Nook.
I'm grateful for the easy-to-use footnotes that explain words that are out-of-use. This is not a cheerful book, and it is not easy to read during a pandemic when its protagonist is feeling trapped by society and her marriage. The short fictions were not easy to read either.
