I downloaded this to my Kindle library in December 2023 when it was offered as a First Reads selection.
The author and translator did an excellent job of creating a setting that felt realistic as I read it. The characters are believable and memorable. It may have been written for middle-school age children, and do not let that stop adult-age mystery lovers from finding a good story.
