This book was recommended during a Verbal to Visual Q&A event in the chat. So, I requested it from my local library to read. I waited at least six weeks before my request was available to check out.
Was that just a form of procrastination?
It does help to read that the only way is though when procrastination and interruptions abound in my life.
Yes, some days, I need to be reminded of my own self-sabotage.
