I'm a reader who enjoys posting comments and recommendations about the books I read. You will not find a synopsis with my recommendations because you can just click on the book title for a link to www.goodreads.com for a synopsis and reviews by other readers. I prefer the 3 Reason format: the reason I chose to read it; the reason I liked (or disliked) the book; and the reason I recommend it.

Bishop to QueenBishop to Queen by Lexy Wolfe
My rating: 4 of 5 stars

I enjoyed the first ebook in the series, Ravenhawk, which Barnes and Noble offered as a Serial Reads during August 2021, and I even purchased this sequel.
I enjoyed the themes explored in these two books as humanity and synths struggle to survive life with power based largely in corporations and government.

This ebook was Barnes and Noble's Serial Read for August 2021. I enjoyed the themes explored in this ebook. The next one in the series was offered for $1.99 for a limited time, and I continued this series.
