About Me

My photo
I'm a reader who enjoys posting comments and recommendations about the books I read. You will not find a synopsis with my recommendations because you can just click on the book title for a link to www.goodreads.com for a synopsis and reviews by other readers. I prefer the 3 Reason format: the reason I chose to read it; the reason I liked (or disliked) the book; and the reason I recommend it.

Trinity: Military War Dog (A Breed Apart, # 1)Trinity: Military War Dog by Ronie Kendig
My rating: 2 of 5 stars

This ebook has been in my Nook library since 2013.
I liked the main story about Trinity and Heath. I think the secondary line about Chinese families plots were overly complicated for this book.

Morning in This Broken WorldMorning in This Broken World by Katrina Kittle
My rating: 5 of 5 stars

I moved this Kindle book to my currently reading list September 6, and I only really started it on September 24, and then I could not put it down. The author really struck a chord with me about the Lockdown and the Pandemic.
I highly recommend it for most everyone unless the trauma of grieving is still too much for you.

Seabreeze Wedding (Summer Beach #5)Seabreeze Wedding by Jan Moran
My rating: 4 of 5 stars

It is official. I am binging Summer Beach novels just as easily as if I were binging a Netflix series or chocolate-covered almonds. I just downloaded the next two of the series on my Hoopla app.

Friday the Rabbi Slept LateFriday the Rabbi Slept Late by Harry Kemelman
My rating: 5 of 5 stars

I recently added this ebook to my Nook library when Barnes & noble offered it during a #freeFriday promotion.
It is a classic, and now it almost reads like historical fiction.
I encourage all readers who enjoy a great who-dun-it.
