I used the information about making my own travel palette with pans filled with paints from the tubes that previous teachers recommended.
Now that I read all the way through once, I am storing it for reference as I do with all the art books I read for I find that my experience has to develop through practice until I have a "light bulb" moment when I understand and can say, so that is what he meant.
