I'm a reader who enjoys posting comments and recommendations about the books I read. You will not find a synopsis with my recommendations because you can just click on the book title for a link to www.goodreads.com for a synopsis and reviews by other readers. I prefer the 3 Reason format: the reason I chose to read it; the reason I liked (or disliked) the book; and the reason I recommend it.

The Happiness Project The Happiness Project by Gretchen Rubin

My rating: 3 of 5 stars
This book will be a good book for our book club because its chapter headings about happiness resolutions give enough information for topics to start discussions. We will discuss this in April and the topic that month was Lighten Up. Subheadings were: Sing in the Morning, Acknowledge the reality of people's feelings, Be a treasure house of happy memories, and Take time for projects.
From this author, I learned her work was classified as a new subgenre, "stunt nonfiction."
